An On-site Design Consultation  is a walk-through evaluation within your home. Our Designer learns your personal style & focuses on design & aesthetic concepts within the room(s). We'll discuss focal point(s), functionality, furnishings, fabrics, fixtures, floor space, accessories, art, color/paint, window treatments, & lighting. We'll also take measurements & pictures to assist in creating a quote & rendering.

If you move forward w/ our services, the initial consultation fee may be waived.

Starting with a design concept and identifying a budget, we offer a full range of services including, project management, shopping, coordinating vendors, and site checks and professional engagement from our Design Specialist(s) to go from concept-to-reality with your project. 

Taking your business to the next level, our Design Specialist will meet with you and discuss key concepts to meet your workplace needs, helping create an appealing environment to stand out amongst the rest. We'll provide you with our recommendations for room layout, space planning, products to incorporate, & more.

Cost varies per size & number of rooms. Projects range from planning a single office space or conference room to coordinating the design aspects of an entire small business.

Travel fees may be charged when Designer traveling >25 miles (to and from Designer's home to Client's home or to and from Janesville Main Office to Client's home).

Give the gift of home design to a family member or friend! This is a full-on On-Site Styling & Design Consultation (as above) with additional consult on various rooms as needed.

This consultative service is a personal "DIY" walk-through with a Home Design Specialist.  We provide you with ideas & recommendations on how to best prepare each room in your home for professional photography, open houses, & home showings. 

An e-copy of Stage 'N' Style Your Home with MDR is also included. 

This session includes rolling up our sleeves, walking through the home on the day of your professional photography, & then getting right to work on the main areas of your home. We'll add key final touches to the work you have already done & layer in extra styling pieces (i.e.; throw pillows, greenery, blankets, etc.) where needed. 

Home must be clean; session lasts 3-4 hours, depending on photographer. All styling pieces removed after photography unless discussed w/ designer (fees differ).

Virtual Staging is an option that we provided to clients in homes with primary rooms that are vacant (i.e. Great Rooms, Dining Rooms, Primary Bedrooms, etc.).  

Virtual Staging helps a potential buyer better visualize the space, appreciate the architectural character, and bring 'life' to a room.
